About
Adomas qualified with a master’s degree of Osteopathy from University College of Osteopathy, and he is a member of a General Osteopathic council.
Adomas has been actively working in fitness and wellbeing field for the last 15 years, after retiring as a professional martial artist. He started as a martial art teacher and over the time accumulated the knowledge and qualified in personal training, sports massage, dry needling, kinesiology, and sports taping as well as meditation and mindfulness practices.
He specialises in working with children and young people as well as athletes and post injury rehabilitations. For the last few years a big part of his patients are professional athletes and stunt performers.
Adomas focuses on fascial movement improvement and visceral function support through the variety of osteopathic techniques and breathing.
