Oksana Kozak

Oksana is a fully qualified Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner and a member of the British Acupuncture Council, with five years training experience both in the UK and China and 20 years of experience working within the NHS and at private clinics.

 

In her practice Oksana is seeing many patients with injuries, pain syndrome of any nature, headaches, migraines, as well as fertility issue, menopause; anxiety and other mental emotional problems.

What will happen when I go for acupuncture?

 

On the basis of your medical history, your pulse, the location of your symptoms, it will be decide which combination of points is right for your whole body as well as your symptoms.

 

The single-use sterile needles come in sealed packs that will be open in front of you and safely disposed of after each treatment.

 

Acupuncture needles are so fine that most people don’t feel them being inserted. It is normal to feel a mild tingle or dull ache as I might adjust them. Many people feel deeply relaxed during the treatment.

 

Weekly sessions are quite usual to begin with, for perhaps three to six sessions, reducing in frequency as your body responds.
